Overview
The Clifton House is Supportive Living and Long Term Care community in Calgary’s Forest Lawn community. The 161,392 sq. ft. facility will provide 175 units for independent living and assisted living for senior and aging adult residents. Blaze Heating and Air Conditioning took on the HVAC scope of this project under the main mechanical contractor, Clark Builders Mechanical , all supervised by the construction manager Clark Builders. Our role as the lead HVAC contractor was to manage installation and procurement of all HVAC systems while leading design queries and advising on discussions related to our scope through the construction manager with other stakeholders.

• Ducting and vent works for the entire building
• Enclosed roof top units
• Air cooled chiller system
• Air handling units and commercial make up air units
• Final fixtures and finishes
